COMMUNICATION TOOLS

Some services will work better than others depending on where a Fellow is located. Zoom is the recommended service, but Skype is also a good alternative.

Listening is hugely important when attempting to solve a problem. Typically 80% of the time is spent discovering and understanding what the issues are when attempting to solve a problem. To final focus and drill down, the “five why’s technique” is hugely successful.
